Ludo Tiger Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Ludo Tiger ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all use of the Ludo Tiger website at ludotiger.pro, the mobile application and any related services offered by the platform.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Ludo Tiger. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment details or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, including your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. Ludo Tiger will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately and change your password.

3.4 Account Access

You must not allow any other person to access your Ludo Tiger account. Accounts must not be transferred, sold or gifted to any other individual. Ludo Tiger reserves the right to suspend access to any account where unauthorised use is suspected while an investigation is carried out.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Ludo Tiger supports deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. All transactions on the platform are conducted in PKR.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current minimum amounts are always shown before you confirm a deposit.

4.3 Deposit Confirmation

Real-money funds deposited directly (without an active bonus) can generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification requirements.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion specifically states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses in ways not permitted will result in the excess bonuses being voided.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using software to exploit bonus conditions, or any coordinated exploitation of promotions constitutes bonus abuse. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

6.5 Promotion Changes

Ludo Tiger reserves the right to modify, cancel or end any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already actively claimed and in progress, except in cases of suspected fraud or Terms violations.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

Ludo Tiger offers sports betting on cricket (including Pakistan international matches, Pakistan Super League, T20 tournaments and bilateral series), football, esports and other sports events. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and event in question. Bets placed on an event that has already started without in-play betting being specifically enabled may be voided.

7.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet receipt with a unique reference number. Until that receipt is issued, the bet has not been accepted. Do not assume a bet is placed based on entering a slip alone — always check for confirmation.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are shown before a bet is confirmed. Ludo Tiger reserves the right to set individual player betting limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

7.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

This includes situations where odds are clearly out of line with the market — for example, a heavy favourite priced as a significant underdog due to a technical error.

7.5 Casino Games

All casino games, including slots, Live Casino, table games and Fish Games in the Game Lobby, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealer tables broadcast in real time. 7.6 Game Disconnection

If you experience a disconnection during a game round or live bet, the game or bet will be resolved based on the outcome that occurred. Ludo Tiger's system records the state of each game at the point of disconnection. 8. Player Conduct

Ludo Tiger expects all players to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following actions are prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

Where Ludo Tiger reasonably suspects any of the above, the account in question will be suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your Ludo Tiger account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, any active bonus balances will be removed from your account. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method after standard withdrawal processing.

12.2 Termination by Ludo Tiger

Ludo Tiger reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity
• Duplicate account creation
• Abusive behaviour directed at platform staff or other players
• Detection of automated or bot-driven activity on the account

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure for Terms violations, any bonus balances and winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may also be withheld pending investigation where fraud is suspected. Legitimate real-money balances in closed accounts not subject to fraud investigations will be returned after standard review.

13. Changes to These Terms

Ludo Tiger may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
